Do you have A1*? Are you ready to take the next step to A2? Are you preparing for the inburgeringsexamen - level A2? Then this is the perfect course for you! In this course you will focus on conversation, fun, interactive methods, AND you'll get lots of homework! If you prepare well for each lesson, it will benefit you & your fellow students in greatly improving your Dutch. You'll receive valuable interactive, dynamic & fun lessons by our experienced teacher. Location: Schagchelstraat 15 zw, Haarlem 1x per week 2,5 hour group lessons • 15 lessons Small group of 5-9 students. (min. participation of 5 people) Teacher: Annejet Brenninkmeijer Lessons: Thursday 09:00-11:30 Start: 17 September 2026 End: 14 January 2026 (+ one week in case of unforeseen circumstances.) *No class on the following dates: 15 October, 24 and 31 December 2026* Goal: complete A2 This course is for students who: • have successfully completed A1* (you are well familiar with the contents of chapters 1-8 of the book 'Nederlands in Gang', including past tense perfectum) • have done A2 and would like to strengthen their A2 level • can pick up languages quite quickly. (1x per week classes is not a lot, the outcome of this course largely depends on how much time you spend on learning Dutch outside the classroom), • understand English, • can work with a computer & a dictionary • have the ability, will and discipline to study independently • have a computer & internet Self study: At least the same amount of hours of class per week - 2.5+ hours (depending on the student). Book: Nederlands in Gang | €51.50 (new edition June 2026). The old book (2017) is different; you cannot use it for this course! Cost: €18 per hr x 15 x 2.5 hrs group lessons Total: €700 (incl. reader, excl. book) Reader €25 Payment via invoice (employers only): €18,- per hr x 15 x 2.5 hrs group lessons Total: €751.50 (incl. reader + book) More about the course: This course is also suitable as part 2 (of 2), for the inburgeringsexamen/civil integration exam, for which the required level is A2*. It's just once a week, which means: low cost, high effort*. 80% you'll learn outside the classroom anyways, no matter the frequency/intensity of any course.
